Beso Alto builds on the much-loved Beso design, introducing a slightly higher backrest and integrated armrests for enhanced comfort and support. With its distinctive silhouette and versatile character, Beso Alto feels at home in a variety of settings, from contemporary workspaces and public interiors to residential spaces.

Beso chair personalization options
Choice of six types of bases: four-legged steel, four-legged wood, sled, star-base swiveling, star-base with castors or height-adjustable five-legged base on wheels.

Upholstery
Extensive colour and fabric program, both in high-quality fabrics and leather.

Finishes base
The steel bases are finished in powder coating. Chrome as an option. The wooden bases are finished in oil.

Family models
The Beso collection consists of an upholstered chair (Beso), an upholstered chair with armrests (Beso armchair), a chair with a higher backrest and integrated armrests (Beso Alto), bar stools in various seat heights (Beso bar stool), an lounge armchair (Beso Lounge), chairs and bar stools made from 100% recycled polypropylene with glass fibre (Beso Circulo) and a table program (Beso Table).

- 4-legged steel: the metal 4 legs are finished in a powder coat colour. Chrome is an option.
- 4-legged wood: the ash-wood legs are finished in a standard oil.
- Sled: the metal sled is finished in a powder coat colour. Chrome is an option.
- Star-base (swiveling without return mechanism): the base is finished in a powder coat colour.
- Star-base (with castors, non-swiveling): the base is finished in a powder coat colour.
- Height-adjustable swiveling 5-legged base with castors: the base is finished in a powder coat colour. Polished aluminum as an option. In case of the finish is polished aluminum, the gas spring and castor caps always in chrome.

Khodi Feiz is an industrial designer who was born in Iran and grew up in the USA. A graduate of Syracuse University, he moved to the Netherlands in 1990 to work for Philips Design. In 1998, he founded Feiz Design Studio together with graphic designer Anneko Feiz-van Dorssen, where they specialize in the fields of product design, furniture design, graphic design, and strategic design for companies such as Alessi, Artifort, Herman Miller, Offecct, Nike and Nokia. Feiz's work has received numerous awards and has been featured in exhibitions and publications worldwide. The overriding inspirations for Feiz’s work can be summed up by: Clarity, concept and context. Feiz has developed several project in collaboration with Artifort, including the Extens, Bras and Beso chair family.
