070 compositions
The 070 sofa programme consists of an armchair, a 2- and 2.5-seater sofa, a 2- and 2.5-seater sofa with tabletop, and a 2- and 2.5-seater daybed and a 2- and 2.5-seater with tabletop.

Armrests
Each composition is available with or without armrests, or with an armrest only on the left or right side.

Seat height
Standard seat height is 44 cm.

Configurations
The sofa programme offers options for creating your own personal configuration by combining multiple compositions. This provides space for two to 20 seats or more. The compositions are connected using a connector set.

Electrical outlets
Optional with 2x USB net spot or power point in the tabletop. The power outlet is positioned in the centre of the surface, close to the upholstered part of the sofa.

Extensive programme of colours and fabrics, both in fabric and leather.

The 070 is upholstered with round buttons as a standard. Optionally available without upholstered buttons.


The metal 4-legged frame is finished in powder coating or chrome.

Table top
Choice of materials including solid oak finished in an oil colour, or MDF with an HPL top layer in Fenix laminate. The edge is finished in the same colour as the table top.


Designed by Kho Liang Ie

Kho Liang Ie was one of the most important influencers and protoganists of the Artifort DNA. Kho Liang Ie (1927 Magelang, Indonesia) came to the Netherlands around 1949, where he trained as an interior designer and designer at the Rietveld Academy. In 1958, he was appointed aesthetic consultant and designer at Artifort. His vision, international contacts and extensive knowledge of design turned Artifort's image to a world-class design brand. Artifort and Kho Liang Ie introduced distinctive designs and together ensured that the name Artifort became a huge success internationally, both with architects and lovers of design. He attracted foreign designers such as Pierre Paulin and Geoffrey D. Harcourt RDI, which has made his influence noticeable right up to the present day. As an interior designer, Kho Liang Ie made his name with his design for Schiphol Airport in the nineteen-sixties. Through those designs, his influence continues to this day. His work reflects purity, warmth and freedom.
