The new headquarters of Rapide Shipping showcases how thoughtful design and smart space planning contribute to an inspiring working environment. Designed with Artifort furniture at its core, the space combines comfort, functionality, and timeless design — from in-between zones and meeting rooms to the canteen. Characterized by abundant natural light and soft, organic curves, the architecture laid the groundwork for the interior concept. These flowing lines are echoed throughout the design, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.

In the meeting rooms, the Artifort  Gap chairs provide a strong foundation. Their signature feature — a distinctive opening between the seat and backrest — offers ergonomic support and adds a subtle design touch that enhances long meetings with comfort. In the canteen, the minimalistic Moulin chairs by Pierre Paulin and Nina chairs and barstools by Khodi Feiz elevate the space with their clean, refined silhouettes. Their simple yet elegant forms bring a sense of calm and sophistication to the social heart of the office. For informal brainstorming sessions or quiet moments, employees can retreat to the Bras sofa and Bras Easy Chair . Known for their uniquely shaped armrests, these pieces invite relaxed posture and open conversation—ideal for spontaneous collaboration.

The end result is a workspace that is not only visually striking but also highly functional and future-proof — an environment where people feel inspired to connect, create, and thrive.
